This is a program we put together called Bounce Back. The program was developed in the wake of the Moomba Festival Riots in Melbourne and in response to a community gathering together with the Police to create solutions. It was such a great success where we include Mentoring, Sports, Fitness and Food. The program is free for all the kids.
We partnered with the Victoria Police, The South Sudanese Australian Association and Iron Armour Academy to deliver one of the most effective kids off the streets programs in Victoria. We combined African, Aboriginal, Pacific Island Youth together to demonstrate that we can create a harmony and by example, lead the way for others.
